Located in Japan, Kobe University attaches importance to "exchange with foreign culture", and is developing as a university rich in internationality. We promote even more educational and research exchange with overseas under the "Kobe University international exchange promotion framework." The Cross-Cultural Studies department has licensed AT&T Natural Voices to use as learning tools for students, in which they evaluate the different voices.
