	Frasca International Inc., located in Urbana, Illinois, is using a text-to-speech engine in flight simulators for ATIS (Automated Terminal Information Service) messages to the pilot. Frasca boasts a product line that includes flight training devices (FTDs), Full Flight Simulators (FFS's), CPT's and FNPT I, II and II MCC devices for airline, military organizations and flight schools for all aircraft types, fixed wing and rotary. They also manufacture visual systems and other sub-systems.
