| CCComplete Inc. has chosen Wizzard Software's offering of AT&T Natural Voices Server Edition Software Development Kit to use in a customized Field Notification Service (FNS). Based in Portland, Oregon, CCComplete Inc. creates and hosts communication services for a variety of businesses in a number of sectors, including retail, medical, and human resources. CCComplete is providing a Field Notification Service (FNS) on an outsourced basis to a producer of LASIK eye-surgery systems. As their deployed systems go through the cycles of installation, maintenance and repair, their client keeps its management and field technicians informed about the state of each system by entering data through FNS web pages that are created and hosted by CCComplete Inc. The FNS responds by sending alerts out to a client-maintained list of subscribers. The alerts are issued through several media formats, including automated voice-calls. The AT&T Natural Voices TTS Server speech engine is used to produce speech from arbitrary text entered into the web forms. |
